Dream Big, Act Now: Highlights from the M&V HOD Retreat 2025

We are delighted to host our annual HOD Retreat on 6–7 November 2025 at The Westin Desaru, Malaysia, bringing together our leadership team to celebrate the birthdays of Mr. Steven Kang, Mr. Thant Zaw, and Mr. Aung Lin. Beyond the celebrations, this retreat provides a meaningful opportunity for reflection, fostering gratitude, and strengthening our team bonds.

During the retreat, the leadership team will engage in strategic discussions to shape our direction and set priorities for 2026–2030, ensuring sustainable growth and purpose driven leadership. By embracing the themes of Dream Big, Act Now and Imagine BIG, BOLD, POSITIVE thoughts, alongside reflection and forward planning, this retreat reinforces our commitment to collaboration, resilience, and a shared vision as we move confidently into the future.
